Training:-

1. 10 punch on wall. 

2. 10 knuckle push up.

3. 10 normal push up.

4. Eat healthy fruit and vegetables.

5. 10 punch on wood.

Final test:-

100 PUNCH ON WALL.

100 knuckle push up.

100 normal push up.

100 punch on wood.
